Can anyone recommend a tennis shop in SYDNEY that is experienced in doing racket mods, specifically adding weight to the handle?
I've had it with doing it myself and am willing to pay for an expert job.

Before you do that, why do you want a professional to do it?

What are you looking for in your racket? What do you think the weight in the handle will do for you game?

Paying someone to put some lead tape in the hand of ur racket isn't very practical when you can do it yourself.

It's not lead tape mods I'm after but rather silicon in the handle or similar. I've tried my best with fishing weights but they keep rattling despite my best efforts to secure them with cotton wool etc.
I'd rather pay for an expert job rather than screw it up completely. It won't surprise you that I'm not much of a DIY guy around the house either... :-)

I haven't done much of this, I only ever put lead tape in and if needed I secure it with some good ol' electrical tape.

For silicone, why not shove some cotton wool in with a pencil, pack it tight then shove down slowly, then slowly put silicone in, the cotton will stop it from going any further then you want. possibly leave the pencil in incase you want to pull it all out? Not sure how you could go about it any better?

Mate Jarrod at South End in Strathfield is the BEST at this, he did two of my raquets already and they feel fantastic. I have silicone in both of my handles and he is an expert at this stuff. 97423993
