The 'is' stands for Impact Speed which is the snap-back action which stores energy on impact and then releases it with tremendous power and speed. Yonex realised that we need both the right amount of flex to stay with the ball and a quick repulsion to make the full energy available. By combining CS Carbon Nanotube and the new RQ form they have created a winning combination. They have also increased the frame while keeping the shaft of the racquet thin to create more power. This aerodynamic shape will suit the advanced player.
