I ordered a stringing unit on Sunday. On Monday morning Wes offered further information about product attributes and purchase options. On the Wednesday - the parcel arrived, with all arranged extras included (separate tennis and squash clamps instead of hybrid clamps, manual crank as well as Wise unit).

When there's a small crack in the racquet frame, I'm reluctant to get it restrung at the courts, as it might break shortly thereafter. However, having the restringer means you can give it a go without putting too many dollars at stake.

I've only had the unit for about 2 weeks and we have so far restrung about 8 racquets. With a number of us in the family playing racquet sports, I'm sure the unit will provide a saving before too long. Also, my teenage boys love using it.

I'm very happy with the unit, and the service from Tennis Warehouse was great. (Posted on 22/04/10)
