- Great for drilling shots & fitness Review by Lotta

We have been using the Lobster Elite 2 for about 3 weeks and love the ease of use, reliability, and battery power (it lasts for at least 4-6 hrs).Quality
The machine itself is a little awkward to put into and out of the boot of our car - it wouldn't be an issue if you had an SUV or a wagon, but not great for a sedan. But once out of the boot and onto the tennis court, it stands on its own. The spin actually works rather well (both top and back) and you can set up high bouncing or low skidding shots, with vertical and horizontal randomness.
It pays to use ball machine balls with the Lobster however, as recommended. Don't mix balls. Buy 2 buckets of one brand and stick to that. If you use different balls the machine won't shoot out balls consistently.
Depending on the surface you are playing on, the machine can get quite dirty after 1-2 hours of play. Just vacuum the dust and ball fluff after each session to keep the dirt interfering with the electronics.
One odd thing I have noticed about the machine is it generates a lot of static, so you will get random shocks from the machine when adjusting the settings. Nothing to worry about however, but it does get a little annoying.
One hour of hitting with this machine on random mode and you're pretty much exhausted, so great for cardio workouts if that is what you're after also.
Go get one!

I cannot play tennis, but can now . Having only bought this machine a few weeks ago. It does everything and I don't have to wait for someone to play with. Very easy to use and varied choices on speed spin lob etc . Every home tennis court should have one. (Posted on 22/03/11)Quality - it wins Review by Gary Phelps
