What a racquet!!! The best I have ever used. Great for serving and groundstrokes, and the power is amazing! Provides lots of topspin. The Babolat Pure Roddick is definately worth considering and I recommend it! |

The PD roddick is the best serving experience I have ever had. The racquet creates unbelievable power and spin which caused me to serve the best I ever have before. It is such a difference to my usual weaker serving yonex and was really surprising. My main problem with this racquet was every other part of my game. The power the racquet generates is ridiculous. I just wasn't able to control my forehand and backhand, and the racquet also began giving me tennis elbow. At the net volleys were atrocious, the racquet lacks any feel and is too powerful for it to be even considered for the net rusher. Overall this racquet would suit anyone who finds it difficult to keep the ball back deep. The added power and spin should really help your game immensely... just stay away from the net. |

Andy Roddick's racquet, the Pure Drive Roddick swings with noticeably more heft, offers a touch more power and a nice solid feel at impact.The added weight and stiffness of this racquet, compared to the regular Pure Drive Plus, makes it better suited to the heavy hitting found at the highest levels of play, it is really a Fantastic racquet, the weight is just the injection the pure drive model needed. The more i hit with it, the more manoueverable the racquet becomes. |
