| good control racquet (4/5) | Jun 10, 2008 | wade | perth wa AU | |
| I already have signifcant range if shots and an ability to adjust my game to either consistent 20 ball rallys or a simple power game. I found that this racquet improved the control I had with the ball particularly on my ground strokes but also on my serve. Where I found myself deep in a corner required to hit passing shots I felt the racquet gave me confidence to control the ball to anywhere on the court I liked. I have found it particularly effective for my usual topsin game but it didnt let me down on any slice shots I chose to play either. It is not the most powerful racquet I have used, however being someone who hits the ball hard enough anyway it gave me the control factor I have been looking for. Nice feel to the racquet particularly if used with the vibration dampener. I will buy another one of these for sure. It is a light racquet that can improve your game | ||||
| Awesome racquet (5/5) | Sep 4, 2007 | David | Canberra ACT AU | |
| I play Div 1 in ACT and have been using this now for a couple of months after previously using Yonex and found that the string tension has a huge impact on the feel of this racquet. I started using it at 62 pound with cheaper strings i spose but have now gone down to 60 using Jaydee, which may just be a personal thing. Great to serve with and awesome feel/touch/manouverability around the court but esp at the net. Compared to many demo racquets that i tried this one was def the best in this field. My only gripe with this racquet is you do you get a little less power off centre (once again compared to raquets i have used in the past). Control is great which is what i was looking for. Other reviewers say they find it too light and have had tennis elbow issues with it, i haven't found this to be the case. I bought 2 and would buy again...want to buy another spare. | ||||
