For a poly string this aint my cup of tea! Very thin and lots of vibration in this string, feels more like a syn gut than a poly. Very little power/spin. One minor positive is that the string had a reasonable feel on drop shots and volleys. Also the $40 re-string price tag is no good (too expensive!) for this string, At this price I would go for the Big Banger (or Big Banger hybrid with Monotek) a far superior string. The most similar string compared to the Red Code is the Bab Hurricane Pro...I found that to be much better. According to my tennis friend in Europe punters are raving about this string in Europe....although I have idea why? Will be sure to give him a serving (literally!) in a few weeks time! O |
