Professional tennis players are very adept at recognizing early on the type of ball they are receiving from their opponents. After thousands of balls and hundreds of matches they naturally attain this skill. By learning ball recognition and understanding strike zones you can improve your shots. In this show USPTA professional Stan Oley demonstrates the difference between upper and a lower strike zone and when and how to use these zones to return better shots. It doesn’t matter what skill level you may be, you will find that learning this skill will dramatically change your playing style and make it harder for your opponent to win and this is the goal. “Zone it to Own it” is a must have.
