The Yonex Nanospeed 9000X uses the latest nano-technology to create a more durable and powerful badminton racquet.

The 9000 X is the extra stiff version and while the 9000 S is the stiff model.

The Nanoscience developed allows precise control over racquet functions at the molecular level. It establishes a high-performance molecular bond of the fullerene and carbon nano-particles, creating an ultra-lightweight racquet that's thinner, stronger and more stable than an ordinary racquet for maximum power and swing energy.

The racquet also features Elastic Ti which provides the high elasticity needed for structural high strength and a powerful rebound effect. During impact the Elastic Ti resists deformation by stretching and then recovering its shape quickly to launch accurate hits charged with the full energy of the swing.

Longer durability of strings is achieved in this racquet using a new grommet system which has single hole construction.

The Yonex Muscle power is also utilised in this racquet which seats the string on rounded archways that eliminate stress-load and fatigue through contact friction. This muscle power construction creates total unity of the string and frame through closer and tighter contact.

Yonex trademark isometric head shape in this racquet equalises the length of the main and cross strings in the stringbed which enlarges the sweetspot for more consistent accuracy even on off-center hits.

Moulded deep into the layers of graphite where the frame connects with the shaft, the Yonex built in T-Joint creates a durable and high-strength one-piece frame that is torque free.

The 9000 X and S are most suitable for the advanced offensive player. Weight is 87-89grams and the racquet is 7 pts head heavy.
