Racquet Summary

The new Tecnifibre T-Fight 335 is an excellent choice for the hard hitting baseline player. With thin, flat beam construction with a tight string pattern that will give the "Hard Hitter" maximum control.

The Tecnifibre racquets use Texalium technology developed by Hexcel. Texalium is primarily used in the aircraft and spacecraft industries. This composite fiber with its specific weave pattern creates strength while being lightweight. Tecnifibre have used the Texalium reinforcements at key positions on the Tennis racquets to provide torsion stabilty to improve accuracy, enhanced feel for more control and to dampen vibration for added comfort.

Tennis Warehouse Australia Review:

Our play tester took this racquet out and gave it a serious hit. Unbelievable. This is a stand out racquet in the "player" range of racquets.

The first thing you notice when you pick it up is its stylish looks. Obviously this should never be considered when buying a racquet, but it's hard not to. We give this a 10/10 for looks, but that's just our opinion.

The weight is heavy at 335g unstrung, but unlike other heavy racquets it didn't seem to pose any problems on our play testers arm. He felt no fatigue at the end of the day.

The thin beam and 18 x 20 string pattern make it very similar to the Head Flexpoint Prestige Midplus only without the flexpoints!

Our play tester was expecting a racquet with low power and a stiff feel with very little spin. Instead he found it had a really comfortable feel with a low/medium amount of power and plenty of spin. It was strung with Signum Pro Poly Megaforce at 56lbs and the spin generation was ample.

The most impressive feature of this racquet was the stability. No matter how hard the ball was being hit at our play tester, he still felt he could play a solid shot back without any torsional instability (no twisting in the hand).

Serves were good without being amazing. The extra weight made it harder to whip the head through but kick serves were no problem. This may take some getting used to for flat hard serves.

We would place this in our top 5 "player" racquets and well worth taking out for a demo.

Terrific Racquet! Jul 2, 2007 Cris Moreno Pakenham Vic AU
Simply a terrific racquet. Relative to Wilson n6.1 95 18x20 it offers more stable and powerful shots, better spin, more kick on serves, larger sweetspot.... more...
