Shipping:

• We use Australia Post eParcel for the majority of our orders
• Bulky items are sent via courier
• When we send your parcel we will email you the tracking details

Standard Postage costs:

• Flat Rate $5.00 on all items
• Orders over $150 FREE*
• Bulky items (as marked) - We will provide you with a quote

Delivery estimates:

• We pack 90% of our orders within 1 business day.
• We will contact you if there has been a delay with packing your order.

Once the parcel leaves our store the delivery estimates are:

Returns: 
Provided you have not used your racquet or product & it's in exactly the same condition as when we sent it to you, we are happy to refund your money as long as you return it to us within 30 days. You must send the racquet/product back to us and postage is at your own cost. A tennis racquet or product cannot be returned if you simply change your mind after hitting with the racquet or using the product, so please choose carefully!  

International orders: 
We are only authorised to sell the majority of our products within Australia. We do have some products that we ship internationally so please email us if you have any questions.
