The Lobster Elite Remote control can be added to your machine at any time. It is only compatible with the Lobster Liberty, Elite 1, Elite 2 and Elite 3 models. This infrared remote has two functions:
1. Pause the machine - handy if you need a break, want to change some settings, take a mobile phone call, have young kids who may wander near the machine, etc.
2. Turn horizontal oscillation on and off. After practicing your forehand repetitively you may wish to then practice your backhand, you simply oscillate the machine to the other side and the stop it there. Alternatively you can just leave oscillation on and receive random balls!
Note: This remote can be added at any time. We can provide you with instructions on how to install it or you can bring your machine in and we'll install the remote on the spot. If you order it at the same time as purchasing your machine, we will install it automatically for you.

If you experience a delay with receiving your parcel(s) we recommend you contact your local Australia Post outlet to see if they are holding it for you. Please also feel free to contact us if you would like us to assist you with tracking your parcel(s).
Returns & Exchanges:
Provided you have not used your racquet or product & it's in exactly the same condition as when we sent it to you, we are happy to refund your money or offer an exchange if it is returned within 30 days of your purchase. A tennis racquet or product cannot be returned if you simply change your mind after hitting with the racquet or using the product, so please choose carefully! You must send the racquet/product back to us and postage is at your own cost. We do not provide a refund on a racquet if you have requested that we install strings for you (racquets that were sold as unstrung or pre-strung will be accepted for a refund).
If you are exchanging a product, we offer free shipping of the replacement product from us to you (Australian residents only and excludes bulky items). We do not offer free shipping to New Zealand customers and will provide a quote before proceeding.
We are only authorised to sell the majority of our products within Australia. We do have some products that we ship internationally so please email us if you have any questions.
