You buy your Tube once—no refills needed, and no battery required, as the built-in pump is manual.
The design and size are the same (you can put up to 4 balls). What differs is the number of times you'll have to pump in order to get to the right pressure.
No need to think about that, depending on whether you play padel or tennis, the tube will let you know with a "click click" sound once the optimal pressure has been reached. Practically speaking, you'll have to pump somewhere around 5 to 8 times.
Yes, we highly advise to put your hands on both extremities to pump (one hand on the cover and the other on the pump). If the last pumps are a bit too hard for you, you can simply put the tube on the floor (upside down).
We have designed the tube for it to be hermetic for minimum 10 days. Make sure that the cover joint is always clean to not lose any hermeticity. If leaks appear, please reach out to us.
It all depends on your level. On average you’ll be able to play 3 times longer.
Make sure to open your tube by pressing the button on the cover. The tube is not designed to be opened without releasing the pressure before you play. By doing such, this can damage and/or break your Bounce Tube. That would be a pity, right?
First things first, if your tube is losing pressure under 10 days, it is not normal.
For the Bounce Tube to work as intended at all times, it is important to keep its gaskets clean.

Returns & Exchanges:
Provided you have not used your racquet or product & it's in exactly the same condition as when we sent it to you, we are happy to refund your money or offer an exchange if it is returned within 30 days of your purchase. A tennis racquet or product cannot be returned if you simply change your mind after hitting with the racquet or using the product, so please choose carefully! You must send the racquet/product back to us and postage is at your own cost. We do not provide a refund on a racquet if you have requested that we install strings for you (racquets that were sold as unstrung or pre-strung will be accepted for a refund). Afterpay orders can only be exchanged for a product or gift certificate.
If you are exchanging a product, we offer free shipping of the replacement product from us to you (Australian residents only and excludes bulky items). We do not offer free shipping to New Zealand customers and will provide a quote before proceeding.
International orders:
We do ship to New Zealand, however, we do have some limitations placed on us by certain brands.
We have a filter on the left hand side of the website, International Availability, that will show you what products can be shipped to your area.

If your order does require payment for one or more of these charges, you will have to make payment to the relevant authority in your country before they will release your package through customs so that it can continue being delivered.
Any delays to the advised shipping timeline incurred from this process are the burden of the purchaser and not Tennis Warehouse Australia.
If you refuse the charges, your order will be returned to us. We will refund you the total of your order minus any shipping fees and any charges incurred from the return process by the carrier.
