Payments & Pricing Policy

We offer a range of secure and flexible payment options to make your shopping experience as easy as possible.

You can pay for your order using any of the following options:

All prices are charged in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST.

Direct Deposit

If you don’t have a credit card or prefer not to pay online, you can deposit funds directly into our bank account.

Once your payment clears, your goods will be shipped. This process usually takes 2 - 14 days, depending on stock and your bank’s processing time.

Security

Your privacy and security are important to us. We use Braintree hosted fields, which means your card details are sent directly to our secure payment processor and never stored by us. You can confirm the page is secure by checking for a small padlock icon in your browser.

To protect against credit card fraud, we may occasionally request card confirmation for higher-value orders. This involves a temporary charge (under $2) that is immediately refunded.

Pricing & Tax

• All prices include 10% GST.
• You’ll receive a tax invoice with your purchase.
• Our ABN is 24 110 900 564.
• Prices may change without notice, but once an order is placed, the price is final.

Price Matching

We’re happy to price match when:

• The retailer is based in Australia and an authorised seller.
• The product is identical and in stock with both retailers.
• Tennis Warehouse Australia also has the item in stock.

Exclusions:

• Liquidation or going-out-of-business sales
• Discontinued products or international sellers
• Prices lower than our cost price

While we do our best to offer competitive pricing, we reserve the right to refuse a price match.

Afterpay Orders

If you use Afterpay:

• Refunds are not available but you can exchange for another product or gift certificate.
