If you want to upgrade your drop weight or wind back (crank) stringing machine to use the WISE Tension Head, you may wish to purchase this height adaptor to allow you to achieve 360 degree turning of the turntable. Without it, your handle will most likely impact with the string gripper, preventing you from turning the racquet a full 360 degrees. This height adaptor has been specifically designed for the Spinfire Flame, Inferno or Blaze models, but it may fit with other stringing machines too (we cannot guarantee this).
To install the height adaptor, simply remove the 4 centre screws holding in place the turntable. Remove the turntable, install this adaptor and replace the turntable back on top of it. Use the longer 4 screws supplied with this adaptor to install the turntable again, tightening them firmly.
When upgrading a crank and drop weight machine to use the WISE Tension Head, you may like to install this height adaptor to achieve 360 rotation function.The installment of this braket is simple, just undo the 4 screws from the turntable, remove the turntable. And then install this adaptor under the turntable, fix the turntable by using the 4 screws coming with this adaptor. The screws are supposed to be tightened, but we're here to help if you need assistance.

Provided you have not used your racquet or product & it's in exactly the same condition as when we sent it to you, we are happy to refund your money or offer an exchange if it is returned within 30 days of your purchase. A tennis racquet or product cannot be returned if you simply change your mind after hitting with the racquet or using the product, so please choose carefully! You must send the racquet/product back to us and postage is at your own cost. We do not provide a refund on a racquet if you have requested that we install strings for you (racquets that were sold as unstrung or pre-strung will be accepted for a refund).
If you are exchanging a product, we offer free shipping of the replacement product from us to you (Australian residents only and excludes bulky items). We do not offer free shipping to New Zealand customers and will provide a quote before proceeding.
