Shipping:

• We or our supplier personally delivers where possible (typically Melbourne and Sydney), or we will arrange a courier for our deliveries. Our courier will only deliver to a business address, so if you are outside of Melbourne or Sydney, please enter a business address otherwise extra charges may apply. If you do enter a residential address, we will contact you about the extra charges before proceeding and you will still have a chance to cancel your order should you wish to.
• If we or our supplier can personally do the delivery, it will only be to your front door or an easily accessed area outside your home with minimal to no stairs. If you choose installation, our installer will assist you in moving the table inside your home or office to the desired location.
• You will be responsible for a re-delivery fee, if you are not home at the time of delivery.

Installation: Our installation service includes one person only. He/She will require a small amount of assistance from you or any able person on site to move the table to its intended location and lift some pieces into place while they are being fixed into position.

Delivery will take the following times however in peak time there can be additional delays:

• Sydney: 1-14 business days
• Melbourne: 2-14 business days
• Adelaide: 2-14 business days
• WA: 5-14 business days
• NT: 6-14 business days
• QLD: 2-14 business days 

Standard postage costs to a business address (residential deliveries outside of Melbourne & Sydney may incur extra charges):

• $170 to metro Melbourne, Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast
• $170 to Sydney (including Newcastle, Central Coast, Wollongong & Blue Mountain)
• $170 to Canberra
• $250 to Adelaide
• $485 to Perth
• $525 to Hobart
• $515 to Darwin
• Suburbs outside of this will be contacted with a price for postage before we proceed (you are under no obligation to proceed).
