The Junior Gravity Belt Training Method
Every champion starts somewhere. Whether your junior is taking their first steps on court or already training to compete, nothing feels better than comfortably staying low on the court. Hit bigger, move quicker, miss less - introducing the Junior Gravity Belt.
How it works?
The Junior Gravity Belt uses a lighter, age-appropriate variable resistance load - roughly half that of the adult belt - to keep developing players down in a lower, more athletic position. Simply clip on and begin training. The more you resist the tension of the bands, the harder you have to work. Naturally, you'll adopt a lower, stronger stance where you feel less resistance. This stance is known as the ideal athletic position and from here you will play with more balance, coordination and consistency.
Reactive Neuromuscular Training (RNT) is a specific type of training that focuses on improving the body's ability to respond quickly and effectively to external stimuli or unexpected changes in movement. The Junior Gravity Belt utilises RNT whilst combining elements of balance training, coordination training, and proprioceptive training to enhance neuromuscular coordination, stability, and agility - at a level perfectly suited to juvenile bodies ready to grow (ages 5-13).

Returns & Exchanges:
Provided you have not used your racquet or product & it's in exactly the same condition as when we sent it to you, we are happy to refund your money or offer an exchange if it is returned within 30 days of your purchase. A tennis racquet or product cannot be returned if you simply change your mind after hitting with the racquet or using the product, so please choose carefully! You must send the racquet/product back to us and postage is at your own cost. We do not provide a refund on a racquet if you have requested that we install strings for you (racquets that were sold as unstrung or pre-strung will be accepted for a refund). Afterpay orders can only be exchanged for a product or gift certificate.
If you are exchanging a product, we offer free shipping of the replacement product from us to you (Australian residents only and excludes bulky items). We do not offer free shipping to New Zealand customers and will provide a quote before proceeding.
