Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help with a refund or exchange - provided your item meets the conditions below.
Eligibility
- Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase.
- Items must be unused, in the same condition as sent, and in their original packaging.
- Tennis racquets must still have the original plastic sleeve on the handle to qualify for return.
- Used products or racquets that have been hit cannot be returned, so please choose carefully.
- If you paid extra to have your racquet strung, the stringing cost is non-refundable - only the racquet frame cost can be refunded or exchanged.
- Afterpay orders can only be exchanged for another product or a gift certificate (no refunds).
How to Return or Exchange
- Contact us to confirm if your item is eligible.
- Complete the returns form – once approved, download and fill out our Returns Form
- Send your item back - securely pack your product with the completed form enclosed. Postage is at your cost.
- We recommend using Australia Post’s flat rate of $18.95 for returns anywhere in Australia: https://return.auspost.com.au/TWA
- Note: Australia Post does not handle bulky or oversized items - please contact us for assistance returning these.
Processing Your Return
- Once we receive your return, please allow approximately 7 days for processing.
- Refunds are made via the original payment method (except Afterpay):
- Credit card purchases are refunded to your card.
- PayPal payments are refunded through PayPal.
- Afterpay orders qualify for an exchange or gift certificate only.
Exchanges
- If you’d like to exchange an item, we’ll cover the shipping cost of your replacement item within Australia (excluding bulky items).
- For New Zealand customers, return shipping costs apply - we’ll provide a quote before proceeding.
