Shipping Policy

At Tennis Warehouse Australia, we aim to get your order to you quickly, safely and at the lowest possible cost. Here’s everything you need to know about how we pack, ship and deliver.

Order Processing

We aim to pack and dispatch most orders within one business day - over 90% leave our warehouse the same or next day. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details so you can follow its progress. Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

Shipping Methods

Standard orders are sent via Australia Post eParcel, which includes tracking.

Please note: eParcel Express Post is not covered under the official Express Post Guarantee. Bulky or oversized items are shipped via courier, as they require special handling. Delivery is to township addresses only - some remote or rural areas may have limited coverage.

Shipping Costs

  • Orders over $150: Free standard shipping Australia-wide (excluding bulky items).
  • Orders under $150: Flat rate of $5.00 (excluding bulky items).
  • Bulky items: Shipping costs are calculated separately based on size, weight, and destination.
  • We’ll contact you before dispatch if additional freight costs apply.
  • If your order includes both standard and bulky items, the bulky shipping rules will apply.

Estimated Delivery Times (After Dispatch)

Most customers receive their orders within the following timeframes once the parcel leaves our warehouse:

Important Notes

  • These timeframes are guides only and not guaranteed.
  • They do not account for peak periods such as Christmas or major sales.
  • For the most accurate estimate, please use the Australia Post Postage Calculator.
  • If your parcel is delayed, check with your local Australia Post outlet to see if it’s being held there. You can also contact us for tracking support.

International Shipping (New Zealand)

We ship to New Zealand, subject to some brand restrictions. Use the “International Availability” filter on our website to see which products can be shipped to your area.

Shipping Costs

International postage is calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

Taxes & Duties

Taxes, import duties, and customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer. These charges are set by local authorities and are not included in our product prices. You may be required to pay these fees before your parcel is released by customs. Any delays caused by customs clearance are beyond our control.

Refused Deliveries

If you choose to refuse the parcel due to customs charges, we’ll refund your order once it’s returned to us, minus:

  • The original shipping cost, and
  • Any return fees charged by the carrier.

Tip: For New Zealand customers, you can estimate customs duties and import taxes through your local customs authority before placing an order.

Tracking & Delivery Updates

Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. You can track your parcel online through Australia Post or the courier service used for bulky items.

If you believe your parcel is delayed, please check with your local post office to see if it’s awaiting collection or contact us - we’re happy to assist with tracking support.
