Warranty Coverage
All racquets come with a manufacturer’s warranty which is usually 1 year. Other products may also carry a 1 year warranty, though this can vary depending on the brand. Please refer to the product description or contact us if you’d like to confirm the warranty period.
Provided the issue falls under the manufacturer’s terms and conditions, we’ll arrange for your racquet or product to be replaced or exchanged once the claim is approved.
Submitting a Warranty Claim

Deliver your racquet or product to us with your completed Warranty Form.
Postage is at your cost. We recommend using Australia Post, which offers a flat rate of $18.95 from anywhere in Australia for our customers: https://return.auspost.com.au/TWA.
Australia Post does not handle larger bulky items, so please contact us for assistance returning these.
Once we receive your product, it will be passed to the manufacturer for assessment. If approved, we’ll send you a replacement at no cost (Australian residents only). For New Zealand customers, we’ll confirm the return postage cost before proceeding.
Timeframe and Conditions
Warranty assessments usually take 2 - 7 business days, depending on the supplier. Replacement racquets are generally sent unstrung, and strings are not covered under warranty.
If the item has been discontinued, a suitable alternative model will be provided.
